Booking to exhibit at a comic con world event reserves you a space that includes a 6-foot trestle table.

Each space has two chairs and two wrist bands.

Once payment is sent we must have business name and email.

1 Spot is 6ft x 2ft table. Space behind is roughly 4ft.

A dealer pack with all details are sent out 2 weeks before the show.
 

Full payment is required at the time of booking to reserve a table.
 

Payment is only refunded if event is cancelled or transfered to new date.
 

Subletting is not allowed. Weapon and Food stalls not allowed.
 

Your website/facebook maybe promoted via website/comic con facebook.

All sales are final.

Vans are not allowed inside but can be parks outside and items can be brought in using our retail cages.
 

Comic Con World is not liable for any damage, loss or missing items.
 

You should have your own insurance that covers employees and public liabilty.
